The Annual Examinations play a significant role in assessing your academic progress and understanding of the subjects covered throughout the year. It is an opportunity for you to showcase your knowledge, skills, and abilities acquired during your studies.

The examination session is scheduled to commence from 01/03/2024 and will continue until 12/03/2024. To help you prepare effectively, we have attached the detailed timetable for each class.

Important Instructions for Annual Examinations:
Dear Students,
As we embark on the Annual Examination Session for the academic year 2023-24, we would like to provide you with some important instructions to ensure a smooth and fair examination process. Please read these instructions carefully and adhere to them during the examination period:
1. Arrival Time: Please arrive at the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the examination hall once the examination has commenced.
2. Admit Card:-
Bring your admission ticket or student ID card for verification purposes. Students without a valid admission ticket or ID card will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
3. Stationery:- Bring all necessary stationery items, including pens, pencils, erasers, rulers, and any other materials required for the examination. Borrowing stationery from other students during the examination is not permitted.
4. Electronic Devices:- Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, or any other electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the examination hall. Please ensure that you do not carry any electronic devices with you to the examination venue.
5. Seating Arrangement:-
Follow the seating arrangement provided by the invigilators. Sit at your allocated seat and maintain silence once inside the examination hall. Any form of communication with other students during the examination is strictly prohibited.
6. Exam Paper:-
Read the instructions on the question paper carefully before attempting to answer any questions. Pay attention to the number of questions, the marking scheme, and any special instructions provided by the examiner.
7. Time Management:- Manage your time effectively during the examination. Allocate appropriate time to each section or question based on the marks allotted and the difficulty level of the question.
8. Honesty and Integrity:-
Maintain academic honesty and integrity at all times. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorized collaboration with other students will result in disciplinary action.
9. Rough Work:-
Use the space provided on the question paper for rough work. Do not write rough work on the answer sheet or any other unauthorized materials.
10. Submission of Answer Sheets:-
Ensure that you write your name, roll number, and other required details on the answer sheet before submitting it to the invigilator. Verify that you have attempted all the questions and have not left any blanks.
11. Exiting the Examination Hall:-
Do not leave the examination hall until the invigilator gives permission to do so. Once you have completed the examination, remain seated quietly until all answer sheets have been collected.
12. Emergency Situations:-
In case of any emergency or medical issue during the examination, inform the invigilator immediately for assistance.
